Unlike BT you don't even have to have a business line to be able to have
a freephone number. You simply tell us the land line number you wish the
0800 freephone number to redirect to and that's all. You can even use
our 0800 numbers on residential lines. Top.

It doesn't matter how many lines you have on your internal phone system,
the freephone number will direct all calls to the number specified at
time of ordering. So if you have 5 lines and a freephone number pointing
to your normal office number, whenever someone calls the freephone number,
the phones will ring as per normal. Top.
